Our Strategy

The NENC Regional Delivery Spinal Network aims to focus on five key strategic areas

  1. Improvements in quality of spinal services and outcomes for patients
  2. Promote developments in spinal care pathways and to spread best practice
  3. To maximise availability of spinal care resources and minimise delays in access
  4. To minimise the requirement for Spinal Care
  5. Data and audit – To ensure that we are sharing relevant information across the network and using data and evidence to drive service improvement and improve outcomes, focusing on excellent data entry on the British Spine Registry (BSR).
